I’m usually not one to make a specific product endorsement, but these truly do what they claim to do and do it well. I pulled a muscle last night and was in CONSIDERABLE pain. I decided to try these, and less than 24 hours later, the pain is almost gone. (I’ve had these before and they usually take several days to go away on their own.) The only advice I have is to buy a pack now to keep in your bathroom drawer and/or gym bag so you won’t have to limp to the store like I did.
