These tablets are a godsend to me, I have arthritis in both my thumbs and I have been in a lot of pain the last year & I have been taking painkillers every single day for this. But I received these tablets about a month ago and after 3 weeks I stopped taking my painkillers except for the odd rare flare up. They have reduced the inflammation a great deal & I am hardly in any pain 🙂 I take 3 of these tablets a day and there is 650mg Organic Turmeric powder and 5mg Bioperine per tablet, Also these tablets come withBioperine (black pepper) already combined which helps your body absorb the Turmeric more efficiently.
This bottle contains 120 tablets so taking 3 a day this bottle will last me 40 days, also they are easy to take and do not repeat on me.
Turmeric is an antioxidant which is excellent for your body to fight free radicals and it is a powerful natural anti-inflammatory which helps relieve joint and muscle pain.
I would definitely buy these again!

I have to carry heavy loads for work everyday. This gives me pretty much constant joint and lower back pains. I decided to give these pills a try and have to say, I really do feel better. I’m normally sceptical about natural medicine and like to go the traditional route, but the other reviewers really didn’t make empty promises. Getting out of my office chair after lunch break doesn’t give me that horrible needle pain in my knees anymore. I can only recommend this!

I adore Turmeric Capsules they are an excellent powerful anti inflammatory. It can improve brain function and has a potent source of vitamins, minerals, and proteins. I am a repeat customer of this product. Turmeric stimulates the production of bile in the liver, encourages cleansing and improves the body’s ability to digest fats and excrete toxins in your digestive system. It can also lower cholesterol. I take 1 capsule once a days about 30 mins before a meal with a big glass of water.
