The package itself shows a M = waist 25-29", L=waist 29-34" and XL=waist 34-40". Had to return because the M was a couple of inches too small around the waist. This review is from: Thoracic Back Brace Support for Back Neck Shoulder Upper Back Pain Relief, Perfect Posture Corrector Strap for Cervical Spine (Large) I developed a nasty mrsa infection in my thoracic spine area during oral cancer treatment, and was having a hard time finding a happy medium between a simple Ace back brace, and the complete front and back medical brace that my doc got me via medicare. This new brace is working well, although I do prefer to wear a men's v-neck t-shirt, the brace, then the top I am wearing. Direct rubbing on my underarms was a no-go for me! US) - This review is from: Thoracic Back Brace Support for Back Neck Shoulder Upper Back Pain Relief, Perfect Posture Corrector Strap for Cervical Spine (Medium) I purchased this for my 14 year old son after realizing his gaming chair has really hurt his posture. I can't get him away from the video games but I can do as much as I can to help save his posture. I have changed his chair and purchased a brace similar to this one first.... it fell apart. I purchased this one and could immediately tell it was of much better quality. I got him a medium and it fits him perfect- he's about 5'4 and about 90 lbs so he's very thin. The medium fits well and is adjustable so I don't have to get another one anytime soon. It's only been about a week that he's been using it but I can see that it is helping him and he doesn't mind wearing it because it's comfortable. I will happily update if anything changes.
