I have been using this everyday for almost a week before I go to bed to help relax my tense neck and shoulder muscles. I work at a stressful office hunched over a keyboard all day so I got this to help remedy the tightness in my neck every night. There are some pros and cons but overall, I think it is effective and I will continue to use because it does help alleviate some of the soreness.
Here are some of the pros:
-It is simple to use and comes with clear instructions
-It is rechargeable so it is portable
-The battery life lasts long enough that I have used it once a week without recharging
-It is fairly small so it doesn’t take up a lot of space
-It does help relax the neck muscles
-Each session is 15 minutes and is timed
Here are some of the cons:
-I didn’t find the voice control to be useful
-If I use it without getting my neck a little moist, it will pinch a little (but that was me not following the instructions)

This massager does have a strong vibration, which can be adjusted according to the comfort level of the user. For me, because my muscles are so tight, I have to use the low level or it is uncomfortable. At first I didn’t want to wet my neck as the instructions suggest. I am sure there is a good reason to do it, but a side benefit is that it keeps some of the wispy hair on my neck from getting pinched because it keeps it out of the way.

About 6 years ago, we had a pretty severe car accident. A 20,000 lb flatbed tow truck rear-ended my Volvo station wagon. My husband was driving and I was in the passenger seat. I had just bent down to grab my purse for something, when he hit us. He didn’t start stopping until too late. He his us doing about 40 mph. We were sitting still, waiting to turn.
The next several months to year and a half later found us all attending regular chiropractic visits. My neck had been badly hurt in the accident, and a fusion was offered, but I didn’t accept it. I am a more natural person. I took high doses of calcium and still, 6 years later, go see the chiro pretty often.
I got this because on occasion my neck likes to flair up. It tightens up and really hurts bad, and it takes lots of heat and cold and a couple of chiro visits to fix it. I have been messing with this, and it is AWESOME!
This thing has a great vibration feature. It has 6 levels of vibration, and it does it at different pulses. It also goes from weak to strong. I love this. The feature I like best, is it operates like a tens machine. I keep it pretty low, and raise it slowly. But I can definitely tell the difference in how it feels, and how it makes me feel. It relieves inflammation, and soreness. There is also a timer feature on it. Which is pretty cool. It only goes for 15 minutes in a spell.
It is annoying that it talks to you, but you can shut off that voice too!
My favorite feature? IT. CHARGES. That is right folks, it is cordless. You plug it in, and charge it, and it charges, and when you use it you DO NOT have to worry about cords, where to plug it in, or where to place it so it is comfortable.
Overall, this thing is pretty awesome. I am so glad I got this! Worth EVERY penny!

This is definitely worth every penny. JUST BE SURE TO READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. If you don’t you may end up shocking yourself or accidentally turning the pulse to the highest setting, like I did. Not so fun when you feel like you’re getting attacked and you have a collar on your neck. But that was 100% my thinking I didn’t need directions, not a fault or defect of the massager.
The vibration and pulse has two different modes. A gentler one and a more intense, stronger mode. I really love the pulsing and vibrating. It is a lot stronger than I expected and it really helps work out the kinks in my neck. The heat aspect is just amazing. I have never had a massager do that before.
It takes about 6-8 hours to get a full charge from a dead battery but the battery life, charged batter life, is relatively long. The “sessions” only last about 15 minutes but you are able to just start a second session if you want a longer run.
I also like that this is portable. It is pretty lightweight and easy to transport. Not that I am a big fan of walking around the mall with this attached to my neck but I like that I could bring it over to my parent’s house and not have to lug all the cords and power source with it.
My husband and I really love it. Actually considering getting a second one so we can both get massaged at the same time. No more waiting.
