This ice pack is a kind of oval shape,filled with little `beads’ that are happy to be either cold or hot.

Length – 17.5cm (circa 7″)
Width – 11.5cm (circa 4.5″)
Strap length – 22cm (circa 8.5 – 9″)

This ice pack meets the high standards that I have come to expect from Therapearl. The manufacturing process is clearly solid, as I’ve used this product extensively for a number of weeks, and have had no issues.

Leave in the freezer for a couple hours, and you’re good to go.
It easily stays cold for double the `recommended’ 20mins.
Every now and then I have elbow issues. This ice pack is a perfect shape, size and fit to go over the elbow.
The flexible strap means that no matter what shape and size you are, and virtually no matter where you wish to apply this ice pack, you’ll get a great fit.
Even when frozen, the ice pack remains flexible, allowing a superior fit, wherever you choose to use it.

This product can be used literally anywhere on you, wherever you have aches and pains, with or without the strap.

By microwaving this ice pack for somewhere between 20-40 seconds (exact time needed shown either above, or on product page on Therapearl website), it becomes a heat pack, allowing almost instantaneous contrast ‘bathing’.
