Beware, the sizing shown on the description does not match the sizing of the actual product or what is shown on the product package. The package itself shows a M = waist 25-29″, L=waist 29-34″ and XL=waist 34-40″. Had to return because the M was a couple of inches too small around the waist. Also did not receive the “Perfect Posture” book as advertised.

Basically, you wear it like a vest. then, there’s the shoulder straps that, goes from your shoulder to under your arms, crossing the straps behind you and fastening them in the front. There’s four stabilizers, two in the front and two in the back for added support.

Read up on the how to use these and the length of time wearing these. With correct application, you’ll usually find better results. I’m not saying that this will cure all the back aches and pain. Personally, this will aid me in correcting my posture. And with proper posture, it helps distribute your weight and load you are putting on your body.Velcro is strong and the elastic bands are pretty sturdy.

I purchased this for my 14 year old son after realizing his gaming chair has really hurt his posture. I can’t get him away from the video games but I can do as much as I can to help save his posture. I have changed his chair and purchased a brace similar to this one first…. it fell apart. I purchased this one and could immediately tell it was of much better quality. I got him a medium and it fits him perfect- he’s about 5’4 and about 90 lbs so he’s very thin. The medium fits well and is adjustable so I don’t have to get another one anytime soon. It’s only been about a week that he’s been using it but I can see that it is helping him and he doesn’t mind wearing it because it’s comfortable. I will happily update if anything changes.
