Well-made and provides firm support, although I think my injury is slightly too high in my back to receive maximum support.. However, I found that I could walk further before the ache in my back made me give up. It isn’t as comfortable to wear to sit and relax, perhaps because I have a ‘spare tyre’ around my middle which gets pushed upwards when I sit down while wearing this. It is fairly rigid (boned) and fastens using Velcro.
The support is cool washable but must be dried away from heat. I feel that it is good value for money.

I already have one of these from another seller and it has been a real life saver for me. Having an arthritic back and recent surgery to address spinal stenosis I was really struggling to stay mobile. These supports really do help minimise pain ans strain.

I bought this one for my son in law who also has a bad back but is much more mobile than me. He does work out a bit and i am hopeful that this support will really help him. We plan to give it to him as part of his birthday present.

The tension straps on these supports really incerease their effectiveness and make them easy to put on, easy to adjust and comfortable to wear.

I’ve been suffering from sciatica for quite a while now and it always flares up quite badly the day after I’ve been working exercising. I bought one of these back support belts off the recommendation of a friend who i train with, and it’s helped a lot! It’s elasticated and has Velcro straps so it fits really well and keeps you in good form when you’re exercising without restricting your movement. I’d 100% recommend one of these for people suffering from lower back problems.
