I have used various pain relief roll-ons and this one has been by far the best. Most will leave a stain on clothing or just a greasy over. These pain relief items are not meant to replace surgery or prescribed medications for those situations that there is no other option. They are meant to give a temporary relief, along with proper stretching exercises, Ice & Heat therapy.

Others that I have used, tend to after a while start drying out the skin, one roll-on that I have used, even started to cause the same symptom as a 1st degree Sunburn. It would cause the top layer of skin to be removed by the product and you would have to wait a day or two, before applying.

Bio-Freeze is meant like Ben-Gay as something that is a temporary symptom of pain, not ongoing issues that have to be looked at as needing Steroid injections or even as far as surgery.

Female, 71 years old, minor traumatic injury of left knee 18 years ago.
Since then the knee periodically gives me hell. This time the pain lasted for about 2 months, from bad to worse.
I tried all the habitual remedies, nothing really worked, painkillers are out of the question for me, Ibuprofen makes my capillary burst and the other “over the counter” stuff just did not help.
In despair I had a look in Amazon and decided to give this product a try.
In a matter of seconds the pain was gone and I was finally able to sleep all night. Wonderful.
The product also dries in a matter of seconds, so there is no mess on clothing or bed sheets; an additional benefit.

Where I experience my pain is in my foot, and I think it is arthritis due to a fracture in a small bone 34 years ago. While the Biotemper relieves the pain almost instantly, the relief doesn’t last as long as I had hoped for – and that relief is mostly only a few minutes. But that short relief could be attributed to where my pain it, too.
