Pros:
•My Jack Russell loves the taste- he is picky
•Price
•Pump is convenient but..

Cons:
•It leaks both from the pump and from the opening (seems like it’s not completely sealed even when tightly closed– however it is oil and oil will always find a way to seep through anything)

Advice: bring the food bowl to the pump so it stays put;
minimal movement means minimal mess. Also I recommend weaning your pet onto this stuff. Although mine had already been on an oil supplement this had a slight effect on his stomach –> stool, made it super soft and somewhat watery for a day or two. After that he was fine. Using this in his food twice daily for about a month, I’ve observed that he doesn’t lick his joints like he used to, his already sensitive skin looks good as does his coat it’s white and shiny. My little man just turned 9, so I hope this continues to help him as he ages..

So far so good. My dogs were enjoying another brand of Salmon Oil but its price jumped pretty dramatically and became unreasonable to continue its use. I was pleased to find this seemingly identical product for a reasonable price so I tried it. My dogs love it, I will continue to use this product and recommend others give it a try.

I have recently started making my senior dog his food. His health is declining so I decided to make sure he really enjoyed his final time here by eating good food as well as hopefully helping him to live longer by improving his nutrition because we all know heath begins with the food you eat. I am supplementing his home made dog food with a few things and this is one of them. He loves the taste and just after a few days his coat has improved. My cats were super jealous so they now get a squirt of it on their food as well and love it!
