This product in my opinion is a joke. Not only did it not work at all on my back pain, even a tiny bit the smell is horrible. If you make the mistake of believing it works do not have it on in a public place where you may care what you smell like.

I am somewhat suspicious of the 4 and 5 star remarks given by others, but again that is my opinion, but I myself would not use it again if it were free.

I also requested a refund which they denied because I used the product and did not return it. How could I possibly return it if I had to use it to see if it works?

Br very wary of their guarantee !

I have chronic pain and inflammation as a result of a serious bike accident that shattered 17 bones in my foot, ankle and leg. I have purchased this product twice and have followed the instructions consistently massaging in product 4 times a day. After 4 days the inflammation was noticeably reduced and the pain controlled. We received our order on time – we had ordered the roll on before. This is the first time we are trying the patches and it very much helps both my husband’s bad back and whatever I have hurting today – from shoulder to knees. It’s very easy to apply and I carry a recloseable bag to keep it viable and not dry out. The owner will email to make sure you’re happy and to answer any questions you may have regarding the use of this product. I’m sure we’ll be buying it again
