I was hesitant because I have tried all natural solutions like this before that never did anything! These have made such a huge difference! I still get joint pain, but I feel like it isn't as bad, and I can go a longer amount of time doing an activity or sport until I can feel them start getting sore! These arrived quicker than expected, and the product was packaged nicely! I can't wait to see the results after using these for a longer amount of time! I already ordered a second bottle for my husband, who is in the military and always has sore joints! I can't wait for him to try these out too! I would highly recommend this product! Make sure you give it some time before judging. It isn't an instant fix!

I find that this supplement had the right ingredients to ease most of the pain I was feeling throughout the day. I especially noticed more flexibility in the morning, not as much stiffness. I started taking 3 capsules a day and in about 3 days I was noticing a difference in my movements. Since this joint relief is all natural and contains Curcumin and other ingredients it will help reduce the inflammation of my joints and make my movement better. I also love that this joint relief helps to repair my cartilage and help me to be more flexible.
