The product could be a little more stretchy and I would have like it a little stickier as the edge of the tape was peeling off too soon. Had to use zinc oxide tape to keep the edge down.
There are other better kineo tapes out there.

I frequently damage my ankles after an incident occurred as a child, it’s annoying because it just happens, one minute I’m walking tall the next minute flat on my face. When my ankle goes, it goes, I can’t walk on it for days. But being an aged injury it does not discriminate as to when or where it happens, I could be on a high street, or in the middle of a field. The fact that this roll is so lightweight and tightly wrapped in a small reel means I can take it with me anywhere.

The tape ties up nice and tight, and locks my ankle into place, not only keeping it from becoming damaged more long term, but it keeps it in such a way I’m able to walk on it. I gave only had a minor sprain since receiving it, however when I ha e my next big fall, I will be sure to update this review.

I purchased two of these tapes based on reviews, unfortunately they have disappointed. Previous K tape i had was very sticky (not this brand, purchasrd from TKMaxx, similar price range) and did the job, this tape does not stick very well and comes off far too easy when Im playing my football.

As a consequence I would not recommend this brand. Foolishly I discarded the packaging which prevents me return one of them.
