I’m a fellow migraneur as well as a sports medicine physician. I had in the past taken the supplements all seperately. Though effective, the sources were of questionable quality and very expensive. This is by far the best and cost effective supplement for migraine sufferers. The addition of butterbur (which is not found in the more popular supplements) provides additional support against vascular inflammation during a migraine episode. I also recommend this product to my concussion patients that have recurrent migraines or worsening daily headaches from their brain injury. Very very good stuff. Stick with it as directed. The effects get better over time. Thank you Dr. Knowles for an excellent product!
Make sure you maintain hydration, get 30-60 minutes of daily exercise, and avoid highly processed foods for best effect against migraines. Good luck!

This product has definitely made a difference in the number of migraines I have been experiencing. I could see a difference within 3 weeks of starting them. I was previously experiencing between 15-20 headaches per month and now that has been reduced to 2-3 per month. I used to have migraines that would last for 3 days. Now, when I do get a headache, the level of pain is mild compared to previously and usually only lasts a few hours. I would highly recommend that other migraine sufferers give this product a try! Best part is no side effects like I had experienced with other preventatives.

As a 30-year-plus migraine sufferer, I don’t like to review new treatments until I have used them for several months. Over the years, many treatments seemed promising-only to fade into ineffectiveness as my body became immune to the treatment. However, that being said, I will give a preliminary review of Dr. Knowles’ Migraine Prevention Formula. I tried this product because it contains 4 ingredients shown by clinical trials to have some effect on treating migraines. After using it for a month or so, my migraines have been reduced in frequency from daily to weekly (one/week). Only time will tell if this will last, but it looks promising. Understand, this is most likely not a cure, but anything that reduces my dependence upon triptans (and their nasty side effects) is a good thing! I tentatively endorse this product! Good luck to all the other migraine sufferers!
