I am very pleased with the product. I have been using it to help with joint pain and it really works . I rub it on the bottom of my feet at night and if I have the pain in my joints I rub it directly on the area that is hurting. I will keep using it!

I have cfids/me, fibromyalgia and several other health conditions; after my dr recommend I take magnesium I did some research and let’s just say it’s a lot of info and was overwhelming for me. There are a LOT of different types and forms of this supplement, everyone has differing opinions. For me I struggled with picking the right type and form. I’ve had issues with medication and supplements and my body’s ability to break them down. I also struggle with ibs and stomach issues, for that reason I decided against oral supplements of magnesium, many people in different forums said how the tablet or liquid form increased bowl movements, for some this is what’s needed but I didn’t want that at all. I looked into the transdermal form, again lots of options- lotion, oil, gel, etc. It took me a few months before I finally settled in this product. To be honest, I only selected this product because I have prime and the reviews were favorable. I also compared the amount of magnesium per spray with other products and this one had far more than others. So let me get to the review.
First off- while I did find this product has worked, it’s by no means an instant effect, no supplement is. At first I thought spray cool- it has it’s good and bad. It’s great to simply spray on but the formula is oil like- in that once you spray and touch bottle it’s slippery. Overall I like the spray bottle because it’s efficient and fairly easy, although I’ve had problems getting it to spray. I found keeping bottle stored upright and removing spray cap every so often and running it through hot water fixes it. It took me a week or so to notice results, but if you read the instructions it notes that if your deficient in magnesium it takes a bit to restore. I find it helps with my leg cramping and aches and it does have a mild calming effect. After a few weeks of spraying on knees legs and feet I noticed peeling and dryness. I have these issues anyway but it was increased after using this. The best way to describe the way the product feels and such is this, it’s like you just took a dip in the ocean. After applying and drying the skin feels like a salty layer is left, yes it’s drying. Easy fix after 20 min I apply lotion…when I remember- I often forget. The benifits far out way any side effects. At first I didn’t think it was working but when I stopped using it daily I noticed. I now try and use it daily on my feet and legs. I tried using it on my neck and temples for migraines and it was helpful but I didn’t like the dry salty after effect. FYI I have dark sheets on my bed, this stuff was like bleach, I ruined my beautiful sheets but I still use it. Using this is like a portable Epsom salt bath, it helps with sore muscles and aches and tension in your body. I definitely recommend this product, but read the email instructions the company sends you- it’s very helpful. The warn you to test if you have sensitive skin, give ways to use it I never knew of and great solutions to any side effects. I like how the company took the time to send it, explaining how it works possible side effects and realistic expectations. I wish it were cheaper but the quality of the product is worth it- I’ve learned over the years quality product is worth the extra money- you just have to find the good quality- this is it.

One of the latest health crazes is Pure Magnesium Oil. There are hundreds of benefits being credited to this supplement, and this is why it’s getting a reputation for being called a miracle oil. Most of us are deficient in magnesium which has been linked with numerous health issues:

You’ll find magnesium oil in use at many spas around the world, and it is now readily available for the consumer. I have been using a brand by Seven Minerals because it is tested and purified and in a natural state, and I’m definitely hooked. Used hand-in-hand with a good moisturizer, this is a wonderful supplment to add to your daily health regime. Very highly recommended.
