This review is from: Kinesio Pre Cut Back Support Tape (Sports) I watched a video of the shoulder taping technique on YouTube and didn't feel comfortable cutting the pieces to the correct length myself, so I was delighted when I came across these pre-cut tape packages.

The tape was (suprisingly!) just the right length and it gave me a good indication of how to cut tape myself in the future. I purchased this as it was pre cut and the packaging gave advice as to how to apply the tape, however, you only don't get 20 items as the description suggest so this makes it a very expensive way to buy the tape.
