I decided to start taking Hyland’s Nerve Tonic Stress Relief tablets because so many people said that they worked amazingly at calming nerves, and had very little side effects. A little back story about me, I suffer from anxiety, and get stressed out very easily. I do lots of exercise, minimize the amount of alcohol I consume, and try to meditate every single day to ease my problems, but they exist. Anyway, I ordered some of the relief tablets and started taking them, initially just a couple every few hours, but I found myself having to take more and more of them until I was taking about 4 or 5 each time I would take them. I went through an entire bottle in a week. As for the results, once I got up to four tablets, I actually felt the calming relief and I was able to get to sleep at night just twenty minutes after my evening dosage. In terms of just the results, I definitely appreciate how the tonic stress tablets work for my body. They give you a calming feeling with very little side effect, and they last for a decent amount of time. That said, this is after you take several tablets at a time, which I don’t think is good, and a couple times per day.

After I went through the first bottle of these, I began looking on Amazon for another product that was similar and came up with TranquiliX – 90 Caps #1 Top Rated For Rapid Anxiety and Stress Relief – Pharmaceutical Grade Anti-Anxiety Formula for Relaxation and Stress Reduction With Mood Support & Patented AES® Delivery System for Maximum Absorption, which is supposed to have the same results. With this pill, the results were actually very similar to those from the Hyland’s tablets, except for the fact that I only had to take two tablets a day for the first month, and now I’m down to one per day. What a difference in cost! So basically, I’ll leave my review at this, while I think the Hyland’s is probably not the best for me because of my body chemistry or whatever, it can probably work pretty well for someone else who has a different chemical make-up than I. I recommend the Tranquilix for someone who has above average amounts of stress, and the Hylands for people with low to moderate amount of stress.

Miracle pill. I suffered from constant anxiety attacks and depression. These pills have brought balance back to my life. I’m more level headed, patient, and over all happy. My relationship is stronger than ever bc I communicate better… I think mainly because of my overall better mood. I’ve recommended this to several friends and they have all felt similar results. I took at least 6 pills 3 times a day. Now I take them when in stressful situations or when I start to feel anxious. I haven’t had an attack in several months. I also don’t depend on them as much as I did in the beginning. It’s great bc I feel like myself. I did a lot of research and felt these were a better alternative for my body than prescribed drugs.

This is a great product. When stress arrives, just take a couple of these and a few minutes later, you feel so much better. They dissolve without water so you can take them anywhere. I don’t leave home without them. Yet because they are all natural, they are not habit forming. There are many days when I don’t take any.
