This product has worked well for me. I do not have any injuries or arthritic pain; however I am a very active 30-yea- old who is overweight. I started these supplements simply as a preventative measure. I strength train 2-3 times, do pilates, climb stairs, use the elliptical, spin, and jog 4-5 times per week. Being overweight causes additional strain on my joints. I take 2 pills a day and on days where I jog longer distances, I take the recommended 5 pills. I have had no issues and have been using this supplement for 3 months. During this time I have increased my speed, duration and distance of my jogs. No joint pain, despite my weight.

I have an old shoulder injury that I somehow re-injured, and now it’s giving me heaps of trouble. right now, it hinders my love of practicing yoga, tennis, and pilates. I’ve really been looking for solution that can help with this problem and I decided to try a more holistic approach after years of medications and unnatural solutions to the problem. I read an article online that said that glucosamine was a great product for relieve aches and joint pains. That said, there are so many glucosamine supplements out there, it was really hard for me to find the best one to work with. After 3 or 4 days, they arrived in the mail (is it me, or is delivery for everything so much faster than it used to be?) and I started taking them, the recommended two pills per day and I cannot believe I am typing this, I saw results after just four days. Not crazy, over the moon, can you believe this results, but there was a definite improvement in my pain and mobility that could have only been warranted by the glucosamine.
