I have been taking this supplement for 3 to 4 weeks as it was recommended as a natural remedy for an rheumatic inflammatory condition I have. The two main ingredients are plant derived Scutellaria Baicalensis (Chinese Skullcap) root extract and Acacia Catechu (Black Cutch) an Asian Japonica. Both of these ingredients are widely used in ancient ayurvedic medicine, so although they are not conventional, they do have a historic basis as a anti-inflammatory medicines.

The capsules are small and easy to swallow. I have noticed some positive effects, with less flare ups, stiffness and pain however I am also following an inflammatory diet, so it is hard to say how much is down to taking the supplement and how much down to a healthier diet.

The price is somewhat expensive £14.99 for 30 capsules but worth a try if you have arthritic or inflammatory conditions and it helps

I am not so sure about these tablets. I have been taking them for a week or so now in order to see whether they have made any difference to my painful joints. I still have some pain but this could very well be the muscles around the joints. The area where I have suffered most in the past (my thumb and wrist) which I know is in my joints and the recent shoulder pain have been a lot less painful over the week but whether this is due to the tablets or rest, I cannot say.

I am going to continue to take the tablets for a month and perhaps increase the dose (I have been taking 1 tablet a day but you can take 1 to 2 tablets so I may start taking two) and see how I get on as maybe they require a bit more time to take effect. If anything changes I shall most certainly report back and update this review. For the moment, the jury is out as I suspect they may be helping but I cannot say how much.

These supplements took a while to arrive but within the time indicated. I have been using them for a little while and, although it’s early days, I have noticed a little bit of relief. Hopefully with prolonged use, the difference will be more noticeable. As these are herbal, I am confident that I will not suffer from side effects and there won’t be a risk of increasing toxins. The bottle comes with a leaflet which explains the 2 herbs which are the active ingredients. I was disappointed to see that the bottle was stamped with ‘Professional Sample Not for Sale’. I received this product at a discount for an honest and unbiased review
