I tried this product for chronic pain and inflammation due to tendinitis and other inflammatory issues I have. Before taking this product, I needed to use Icy Hot gel every night in order to reduce the burning sensation from the pain so that I could fall asleep. After taking this product, I noticed that I was not reaching for my Icy Hot gel anymore and there was much less burning and pain. I thought it was my imagination or maybe just a coincidence since my pain is affected by the weather and barometric pressure changes in the atmosphere. I ran out of the turmeric curcumin and didn’t reorder it right away and I noticed that I was again reaching for my Icy Hot, so I reordered. The turmeric capsules arrived while I was out of town and my husband opened the package and started taking them and said it helped him as well! I would recommend this product. It really does work!

I have had bursitis in both my hips for over 10 years. Gone through every treatment known to man except surgery and nothing took my pain 100% away. Finally was told by my Doctor to take 2 Aleve twice a day. Well, I did that for several years and it never really helped plus exposed me to all the side effects of this medication. Fast forward to last fall and I was told to try Tumeric. I noticed relief within 24 hrs. I take 1000 mg in the morning and my hips haven’t bothered me for one second since starting. BTW I am a very busy ER nurse and Flightnurse who works 12 hr shifts pounding on hard floors. Tumeric has many other properties so do the research !! I am absolutely a believer in it’s anti-inflammatory properties. BTW I have stopped taking Aleve, Don’t need it anymore. Nothing hurts =) Love, Love, Love it !!!

I’ve only been taking this for a couple of weeks and not sure if due to this Tumeric Complex but no other explanation, I notice my knees don’t snap/crackle/pop when I stand up like they usually do due to arthritis… My ortho hand doctor told me to try Tumeric pills and thus far I believe it’s helping my knees… Thank you…
