I’ve only been using this for one week, but I can already tell that it is helping my posture. I’ve suffered with neck pain for years now, as I have spondylosis or spondylitis whatever it’s called. I sit at my computer for a few hours every morning and I slouch. I’ve tried getting myself out of doing it, without success. This Posture corrector is forcing me to keep my shoulders back and not slouch. I wear it from as soon as I get up, till just before lunch and my neck pain has almost gone.

Initially i was sceptical that this simple idea would work. I could not have been more wrong! After many years of lower and middle back pain, through a childhood of slouching, an adult life of sat at a computer all day, and after having broken several vertebrae after a serious TBI accident sustained from a motorcycle a few years ago – i have been suffering from an aching and very tight lower and middle back. Needless to say how much agony i was in, and how much i was spending each month on physio and chiropractor. This simple product has caused my to benefit from being able to walk without stooping, and to learn how to sit correctly again – both through physically making me, and through re-learning how to. It has far exceeded my expectations.

One word of warning – do not attempt to wear it all day, without learning to wear it for short periods first – i found this out the hard way, waking up in agony the morning after i recieved it, and then fully reading the instructions! You do need to build up to wearing it for any length of time – i have now built up the time it is worn slowly – after all years of back abuse does not right itself overnight.

Can’t complain at the moment – have only had the product a few days but seems to be working effectively. Is easy to put on and take off, and is not irritating in any way. I will leave a better review once I have used it for a longer period of time
