This is the best product on the market for pain relief. It has a slight inconvenience of bright orange urine but for the instant pain relief it gives it is a very small problem. GP’s should be made aware of this product as in the 40 years plus that I have suffered with cystitis there has never been a product like this available.

As a frequent Cysitis sufferer, I know how hard it can be to get real help from a GP. These tablets really help to relieve to burning pain for me, just ensure you take them with food as they will make you sick without food!

I am unhappy with the product and I think I may be allergic to the vegetable dye Tartrazine) . I also should have checked out all the ingredients on other sites first.
The box shows that it contains an analgesic, phenazodine, but it is more like an irritant. It can interact with some medicines also.
They are cheap to make in India, and are sold everywhere. The dye is so strong it also stains the toilet bowl like an alkaline.
Comes with a box of Cranberry sweets, which I would have bought separately and totally discard this product.
