I can’t say enough how important it is to have all these 4 ingredients for arthritis pain. I read a lot of research on joint pain and arthritis, since I wondered why the supplements I used were not working. Clinical studies showed that using combo (including glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate, MSM, and Omega 3) helps much better than using any single ingredient. Adding Omega 3 helps inhibit inflammation process, and also increases lubrication, while glucosamine helps reduce joint pain, chondroitin and MSM helps rebuild joint tissue.

I used to make the mistake of buying single-ingredient pills, which didn’t help and even made my pain worse. Companies try to make us buy as many bottles as they can, without using correct dose recommended by clinical studies… I learned about Actif from my doctor, who highly recommended it. I also like the fact that I only have to take 2 pills every morning – very convenient, unlike other brands which I had to take a dozen pills throughout the day.

It made a world of difference to my joints, and I won’t ever go back to any other brand.

If you have found this page or you suffer from arthritic pain, you should try it. I did, and after 27 years with severe psoriatic arthritis, my life is totally changed: after ten months on Actif, swelling, pain and fatigue are almost gone, and normal strength is coming back to me. After 5 knee surgeries and uncountable drugs I was reluctant to even try another new treatment- but my nutritionist recommends this supplement, based on recent studies on glucosamine/omega combo. This treatment may not work for everybody, but it is safe and cheap, everyone should consider it carefully. I finally can exercise now and it feels wonderful.

I’m a 51 year old male. Due to a combination of my history in the military, weight lifting, running, and a lot of work outside, I’ve experienced mild to moderate knee joint pain for about 6 years. Like many, I’ve found that taking Glucosamine Chondroitin daily helps my body replenish fluid in my knee (and other) joints and decreases/eliminates the pain.

I’ve tried many brands over the years and all worked for the most part. I found this brand on Amazon two months ago and though I’d give it a try as I had run out of my regular brand about 6 months ago and was feeling joint pain in my knees again working outside on the tractor this past spring.

I’ve been taking Actif Join 4-in-1 for 2 months now. This is THE BEST Glucosamine supplement I’ve ever used! Only two caps daily, no knee or joint pain any time, even after being on the tractor or bobcat all day. Recently I was working outside all to for two days straight moving top soil. I was in and out of a Bobcat (Bobcat loader has foot controls that work the ankle and knee joints substantially) and truck from sun up to sun down (83 loads of topsoil moved). About halfway through the second day it occurred to me, “I have the agility and spring in my step that I did when I was in my twenties”. In and out, up and down, No pain at night or in the morning.

I’ve never experienced this when taking other Glucosamine brands. At the end of a day or two like this, I would be feeling the pain in my knees.

I’ve found my last brand of Glucosamine Chondroitin. I’m placing my second order today.
